You may select items from our range of goods, details of which will be added to the shopping basket by clicking on the “Add to Basket” button.
In the shopping basket you can view your items and remove items as you wish.
By clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you initiate the checkout process for the goods to be added to the Shopping Bag.
Step 1 - you will be required to enter your delivery information. Once you have completed your delivery address your delivery charge will be calculated to the sub-total of the order. By clicking on the “go to payment details” button it brings you to step 2.
Step 2 - you are required to enter your payment details and your billing address. Your billing address must correspond with the address associated with the card you have entered. To proceed to the final step you must click on the “go to order confirmation” button.
Final step - you can view your order details and also amend them by clicking on the “Edit Order” button. To place the order you must agree to our Terms and Conditions and then click on the “place order” button.
Once you have clicked on the “place order” button please allow a few seconds for the order to be processed. You should then receive an order confirmation page which provides you with an order reference number.
You will automatically be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order (the "Confirmation E-Mail") with a summary of the details of your order, which we would recommend that you print out and keep for your own records. The Confirmation E-mail does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that we have received the order.
We will send you a second e-mail when we dispatch your goods which shall constitute our acceptance of your order at which point a binding contract of sale will be concluded between you and us. We will file a copy of any orders that are accepted by us.
