Delivery Charges & Times

Charges
$8.50 for orders valued from $1.00 to $50.00
$10.95 for orders valued from $50.01 to $100.00
$12.95 for orders valued from $100.01 to $200.00
$13.95 for orders valued from $200.01+

US Deliveries
All confirmed orders will be shipped the next working day – allow 1-5 business days for delivery. Please allow additional time for more remote areas, Alaska, and Hawaii.  Please note orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes so please provide a residential or business address for delivery.

International Deliveries
Henri Lloyd North America does not ship overseas and can only ship within the the United States and Canada.

Dispatch times
Orders can be taken 365 days of the year however orders are shipped on weekdays. Unfortunately shipping does not take place on weekends or public holidays. *Shipping times - Monday to Thursday (9am - 3pm) Friday (9am-12pm)

Customs and Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any costs as they vary and we have no control on this. We would advise you to contact your local customs office for current charges before you place an order to avoid any unexpected charges.

We may sometimes need to deliver your goods in more than one delivery. If more than one delivery will be required, we will always inform you beforehand.
